With 20 years in business and over 35 years experience, we’ve had the pleasure of creating many forever family homes. TONY BARONE
Owner
Tony, the owner and driving force behind Christen Luxury Homes, oversees all functions of the company from construction and design to municipal relationships and financing. With over 35 years of experience building homes, he brings a wealth of knowledge and ensures the team delivers top quality homes for our clients.
PATRICIA BARONE
Interior Designer
With years of hands-on experience and a passion for well-designed homes, Patricia consults and collaborates with architects in helping clients with their home design and layouts. She delivers professional guidance in design choices and quality finishes to achieve beautiful and coordinated interiors.
STEVEN BARONE
Site Supervisor
Steven attended BCIT and is a trained carpenter and finisher with a passion for precise work. Leaning on his years of hands-on experience, he has a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and a trained eye for detail.
Steven coordinates all labour needs for site projects, including supervision of sub-trades and coordinating with the rest of the team at Christen Luxury Homes to assist in the management of client needs.
CHRISTINA HERCUN
Interior Designer
Christina studied Interior Design at BCIT, earning her CID with Distinction. Prior to joining the family business, she worked in marketing for real estate development and startup business ventures.
Today Christina works with clients throughout the full home building process, from initial drawings through to material selections, construction documentation, and ordering. She enjoys the challenge of custom homes as no two projects are ever the same.
